Meet & Greets
If you’re a new client, we’re happy to arrange a Meet & Greet before your dog’s stay. Meet & Greets are a great way for us to get to know each other, talk through your pup’s routine, and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone involved. That said, they are completely optional. If you’d prefer to skip the in-person meeting, we’re more than happy to go over everything at drop-off. We can also schedule a phone call ahead of time if that’s more your speed.
A Meet & Greet is a short, casual outdoor visit where we’ll go over your dog’s needs and behavior, answer questions, and introduce you to the people who will be caring for them. You’ll meet Mike, who handles most handoffs, and see our spacious, fully fenced half-acre backyard where your pup will enjoy supervised outdoor time.
We’ll cover details like:
• Feeding schedule and meal preferences
• Potty routine
• Crate or sleep habits
• Social behavior with other dogs
• Medical needs, allergies or medications
• Anxiety triggers or quirks
• What comforts your dog when you're away
We encourage you to bring your dog so we can see how they settle into the environment and start building trust right away.
COVID Safety Guidelines
To protect everyone’s health, especially since Sandra is immunocompromised, all Meet & Greets take place outdoors in our front yard or on the covered porch. Visitors are not permitted inside the home, but we’ll gladly walk you through our yard setup and daily routines.
Masks are optional, but we always maintain respectful social distancing. If you’d prefer that we wear one, just say the word. Our goal is to make the process safe, easy, and comfortable for everyone involved — both human and canine.

Dropoff / Pickup Times
Mon/Weds/Fri/Sat/Sun: 9am - 10pm
Tues/Thurs: 9am - 7pm
We both work late shifts, we are sometimes working until 3am. As such, we would prefer drop-offs and pick-ups to occur after 9am. We realize this may be inconvenient for some but would welcome you to instead drop your pet off the night before! We can make exceptions to the rules and accommodate earlier in the morning or later at night dropoffs/pickups for a $20 fee.
Updates
Our mornings are usually very busy so sometimes our updates don't go out until 5-9pm as we need time to go through the photos and upload them. The app we use sometimes errors out when we try to send videos, if you have not received an update in awhile we probably tried to send a video that did not come through! Please let us know if you would prefer fewer updates.
